Coaches and bench staff stand still for an hour at rink temperature, and a hockey quarter-zip is the layer they want. The short zip and stand-up collar close up against the cold and open when the arena warms. It looks tidier than a hoodie behind the bench, which makes it a strong coach quarter-zip to pitch to associations dressing their staff and volunteers.
We cut it in a polyester knit that suits sublimated panels, or in a heavier option for colder rinks. A left-chest embroidered crest is the standard look, with room for a staff title or name on the sleeve or back. Sizes run adult S to 3XL with a separate women's block, so female coaches and managers get a proper fit rather than a resized men's top.
Worth knowing: Embroidery on a light polyester knit can pucker if the design is dense, so we keep chest crests compact and use a stabilizer backing.

Both, but staff and coaches are the bigger market, because a quarter-zip looks neater than a hoodie behind the bench. Many associations also order it for volunteers, managers and board members, which can add a second order to a uniform account.
Yes. The women's block is a separate pattern, not a resized men's top. It has a narrower shoulder, a shorter body rise and extra room through the hip, in sizes XS to 2XL, so female coaches and managers get a proper fit.
Yes. Names or titles can go on the sleeve, the back or under the crest. Send them on the roster and we personalize each piece and bag it by name, so your customer can hand out staff tops without checking every label.
