March lacrosse is cold, and coaches standing on a windy sideline for two hours want something neater than a hoodie. A lacrosse quarter zip with a stand-up collar closes against the wind and opens as the afternoon warms. It is a strong item to pitch to a program's coaching staff, athletic directors and booster club, as well as players who want a warm-up layer.
We cut it in a polyester knit that can carry sublimated panels or sleeve stripes. A left-chest embroidered mark is the standard look, and a coach's name or title can go under it. Adult sizes run S to 3XL, with a separate women's block in XS to 2XL, so female coaches get a proper fit instead of a resized men's top.
Worth knowing: Dense embroidery can pucker a light polyester knit, so we keep chest marks compact and back them with stabilizer.

Embroidery gives a staff top a tidy finish. On polyester, sublimation can add sleeve stripes or panels with no added weight.
