The front panel takes an embroidered logo, the most common decoration on headwear. Visors are one size with an adjustable strap, so there is no size run to manage. Worth knowing: The front panel is small and curved, so detailed logos with fine text need to be simplified for embroidery.

Embroidery is the standard choice for the front panel because it holds its shape through sweat and washing. Heat transfer suits fine detail.

No. Visors are one size with an adjustable strap. Order the quantity per color, with 12 pieces per color on a new order; our MOQ meaning guide explains how colors count.
That depends on the league; some allow soft visors and caps, others do not. Check the league rules before selling them as game wear. Coaches can wear them freely.
Usually by embroidery on the front panel. We digitize the logo and send a stitch-out for approval before production, and keep the file for reorders.
