Raglan Baseball Shirts overview

The raglan baseball shirt is the practice tee of the sport: short sleeves set on a diagonal seam from collar to underarm, usually in a contrast color. Programs go through practice tees faster than game gear, and players lose them in bags and buses. That makes it a steady volume line, and a simple first order for a new account that wants to test your service before trusting you with game uniforms.

The raglan seam frees the shoulder through a throwing motion and gives a clean panel for a second color. Questions about Raglan Baseball Shirts

Which fabric should I choose for practice tees?

Choose by decoration and climate. Polyester is lighter, dries faster and is the only option for all-over sublimation. A cotton-rich tee feels softer and suits screen print or DTF, which many decorators prefer for one- or two-color practice marks.

Can I get these blank for my own print shop?

Yes. We ship them undecorated with your neck label and poly bag, ready for your press. Tell us the method your shop uses and we recommend the fabric that prints best with it, so your first run comes off the press clean.

Can the sleeves be a different color from the body?

Yes, that is the classic raglan look. The sleeves are cut as separate panels, so they can be sewn in a second team color with no printing. Give us PMS references for both and we match them on the sample.
