Sublimated Soccer Jerseys overview

Sublimated soccer jerseys carry the whole design in the fabric: crest, stripes, sponsor and number are printed into 135–150 gsm polyester before the panels are cut and sewn. A full-bleed graphic weighs the same as a plain shirt, and there is nothing on the surface to crack, peel or stiffen. The round crew neck leaves the chest open for a crest and a sponsor.

This is the jersey on its own, for clubs that already have shorts or buy them elsewhere. Choose bird-eye mesh for hot climates and micro interlock when the artwork carries fine detail; we recommend one with the quote. It is graded in slim and standard adult fits, a women's block and a youth pattern down to YXS, and it is the same jersey used in our team soccer uniform packages, so loose jerseys and sets match.

Worth knowing: Color is fixed at the print stage, so a sublimated jersey can't be re-dyed or shade-corrected afterwards; check colors on the proof or order a sample first.

FAQ

Questions about Sublimated Soccer Jerseys

Can a sponsor be added to a sublimated soccer jersey after production?

Not into the sublimated design, which is printed before sewing. A late sponsor can go on by heat transfer or DTF, but it sits on the surface. If sponsors are known, put them in the artwork at the start.

Can you sublimate the base and leave the numbers for our shop?

Yes. We print the base design and leave the name and number zones clear, and your shop finishes them by heat transfer or DTF. Tell us your method and we place the zones to suit it.

What size range does the crew-neck jersey cover?

Adult S to 3XL in slim and standard fits, women's XS to 2XL on its own block, and youth YXS to YXL. Youth stops at YXL, roughly ages 13 to 14, so older teens usually move into adult small.
