Early morning practice in a cold gym is where a basketball quarter zip earns its place. It is a long-sleeve pullover with a quarter-length zip at the neck, so a player can open it as they warm up and close it again on the bench. For your customers it sits between a game jersey and a hoodie: light enough to train in, neat enough for the team bus or a staff photo before a road game.
We set the fabric to the decoration plan. A polyester knit takes full sublimation for programs that want the team pattern running across body and sleeves. For a single chest crest, your decorator can embroider or screen print on a plainer body. Tell us which route on the brief and we confirm the fabric on the quote.
Worth knowing: The zipper is a hard break that sublimated artwork cannot cross, so any design running down the center front will split at the zip.

Fully custom
Sublimation covers the whole garment on a polyester body, while embroidery suits a left-chest crest. Keep heat transfers away from the zip line, since the zipper tape will not take them cleanly.

It depends on the decoration. For all-over sublimation we use a polyester knit, since the dye only bonds with polyester. For an embroidered or screen-printed logo, other knits work. Tell us the plan and the fabric is stated on your quote.
Yes. Order it blank in a solid team color and your shop handles the logo. New styles start at 12 pieces, and reorders of the same style have no minimum.
The zip runs only partway down, so a left-chest crest or a centered logo below the end of the zip both work. A design across the center front above that point gets split by the zipper tape. Send the placement with the brief and we show it on the proof.
