Length is where wholesale basketball shorts win or lose a customer. One program wants a long modern cut, another wants a shorter retro length, and a single roster can hold both opinions. We cut each short to the inseam requested, anywhere from 7 to 11 inches, and if nobody specifies it comes in at 9. Every length uses the same 130–150 gsm polyester micromesh or bird-eye as our game jerseys.
Sizing runs independently from the top, so a player can take a small jersey with a medium short. Women's shorts are drafted on their own block. Sold as custom basketball shorts, they sublimate from the jersey artwork so side panels and waistband stripes line up across the uniform. Sold as blank basketball shorts in a solid color, they give your shop a clean leg panel for a logo, and teams replacing worn shorts mid-season can buy them on their own.
Worth knowing: Screen printing light ink over a dark sublimated short can show dye migration, so use a bleed-resistant ink or put the logo in the sublimation file.

Sublimation suits these best, printed from the same file as the jersey so side panels and waistband stripes line up across the uniform. Blanks in solid colors are available if your shop adds a leg logo in-house.

FAQ
Yes. Add an inseam column to the roster sheet and we cut each pair to that length, anywhere from 7 to 11 inches. Leave it blank and the short comes in at 9 inches.
Yes. If the original uniforms came from us, quote the order number and we print from the approved artwork with no minimum. A new short design starts at 12 pieces.
Adult shorts run XS to 5XL, women's shorts come off their own block and youth runs YXS to YXL on a separate pattern. Inseam is chosen separately from the size, so a small waist can still take a 10-inch length.
