The softball windbreaker is the lightest shell in our custom softball range. It blocks wind for breezy warm-ups, travel days, and the dugout, then packs down into its own pocket when the sun comes out. Built in an ultralight woven polyester. wind-resistant and breathable, but not waterproof. for rain that is the rain jacket, and for a heavier knit warm-up that is the batting jacket. Full-color sublimation covers the entire shell including the sleeves, so the team mark reads the same as the rest of the uniform. It pulls on over a jersey, weighs almost nothing, and rounds out the kit in one colorway.

Fabric: Wind-resistant, not waterproof. The windbreaker is an ultralight woven polyester shell that blocks wind and breathes. it sheds a light passing shower but is NOT a rain jacket. for steady rain that is the water-resistant rain jacket with taped seams. Lighter than the batting jacket and the rain jacket, and the most packable shell in the range.
Decoration: Sublimation covers the full shell cleanly on the woven face. Embroidery and heat-transfer work on the flat front chest panel. because the shell is thin and lightweight, we back embroidery with a stabilizer so the stitches do not pucker the fabric. For the cleanest lightweight finish, sublimation and heat-transfer are easiest on this shell.
Seams: The full-length coil zipper runs with a chin guard at the top to keep wind out and prevent zipper bite, reinforced with bartack at the anchor points. The hood packs into the collar and the whole jacket folds into its own pocket for the gear bag.
Sublimation covers the full shell cleanly. Embroidery and heat-transfer go on the flat front chest panel, with a stabilizer behind the embroidery so the thin lightweight shell does not pucker.
The recommended method for an ultralight woven shell. Full-color digital designs become part of the polyester and add no weight, so the windbreaker stays featherlight. Color-match the team logo and uniform colorway across the whole shell, sleeves and hood included.
Heat-applied numbers, names, and sponsor wordmarks sit on the surface of the shell with no added bulk, and screen printing works on the flat front and back panels. Both keep the windbreaker light while adding crisp single or multi-color branding.
Available for a dimensional crest on the flat front chest panel. Because the shell is thin and lightweight, we back the embroidery with a stabilizer so the stitches do not pucker the fabric. For the lightest finish, sublimation or heat-transfer is easier on this shell.
