A rugby jersey gets grabbed, pulled, and dragged through mud for eighty minutes. The collar takes the strain in a maul, the shoulder seams load up in every scrum, and a weak seam splits by the third match. We reinforce the collar and shoulder seams on every match jersey, double-needle stitch the stress points, and bartack where the fabric gets pulled hardest.
Shorts get a reinforced gusset so they survive a lineout lift and a ruck. The club crest goes on by embroidery or sublimation depending on the fabric, so it stays on through a full season of contact and washing.
Traditional drill or performance stretch
Rugby clubs split into two camps, and we make both. The traditional jersey is a 280 GSM cotton-poly drill with a proper rugby collar and rubber buttons. It is tough and resists abrasion, it takes an embroidered crest beautifully, and it is the look many old clubs and forwards still prefer. The trade-off is weight: cotton-rich drill is heavier and dries more slowly when it rains.
The performance jersey is 200 GSM stretch polyester with elastane, cut tight to the body so there is little for a tackler to hold. It is fully sublimated, so hoops, panels, and sponsors are dyed in. Between the two sits the 220 GSM striped jersey, a poly-cotton blend with sublimated hoops and a traditional collar.
Shorts and socks that finish the kit
Traditional shorts come in a 260 GSM cotton-poly twill that stands up to scrums and wet pitches. Performance shorts use 170 GSM polyester with a covered waistband and drawcord, and the sublimated version carries your design edge to edge. Women's and youth shorts are cut on their own patterns.
Socks are where many clubs show their colors. Our traditional socks are a heavy cotton-acrylic knit with the club hoops knitted into the yarn, so they never fade or peel. The performance sock is a cushioned poly-nylon knit with an arch band. Both come over the calf and are sized by shoe size, sold per pair.
From mini rugby to the senior XV
We outfit every level of the game. Youth and mini rugby programs want tough youth jerseys and shorts that survive a season of growing players. High school and college clubs need matching home and away sets for a full squad, and adult clubs often run several sides from one kit order.
Women's teams get a contoured women's jersey and shorts rather than a scaled-down men's cut. Sevens squads usually prefer the lighter performance jersey for the running game. Training kit gets more wear than match kit. We make reversible jerseys with a different color on each face for opposed sessions, poly-cotton training shirts, performance tees, fleece training pants, and compression shirts and shorts that go under the jersey. Warm-up jackets, quarter-zips, hoodies, and coaches polos keep the club looking consistent on the touchline.
We also customize scrum caps and rib protector vests in your club colors. The foam padding in both is a standard protective spec, and we change the shell color and logo, not the protection. World Rugby's Regulation 12 sets what players may wear in matches, including headgear and padding, so check with your union before ordering protective kit for match play.
Fabric, fit, and care
Performance jerseys run tight by design, so order your normal size for a match fit or one size up for a looser feel. Traditional drill jerseys have a classic straight cut. Every jersey and short comes in youth and adult sizes, with measurements in inches on our size chart.
Wash cold and inside out, hang to dry, and skip bleach and fabric softener. Rugby mud comes out more easily if you rinse the kit cold soon after the match, before it dries into the weave. Sublimated color is dyed into the fiber, so it won't crack, and knit-in sock hoops never fade.
