Sublimation is the other route, and it is the only way to get pinstripes that run edge to edge, faded gradients, camo, or a photographic sleeve, because the design is dyed into the fabric with no weight or peel. Many teams mix the two: a sublimated pinstripe body with tackle-twill numbers, so you get the pattern and the traditional lettering on one jersey. Building the full baseball uniform

The size chart lists chest, waist, and hip in inches using US sizing, and we are glad to advise on conversions for teams ordering from outside the States. Caring for your baseball uniform

Baseball stains have their own character: infield clay ground into the hip and knee, grass on the pants, and pine tar or eye black that finds the sleeve. A sublimated Empire Five uniform survives all of it because the color is dyed into the fabric and cannot fade the way a printed graphic does. Wash cold and inside out with a normal detergent, skip the fabric softener because it coats the fibers and slows wicking, and air dry rather than running high heat so waistband and cuff elastic stays firm.

Tackle-twill lettering asks for a little more care: turn the jersey inside out and skip the dryer's hottest setting so the stitched edges stay flat.
