One Roof, Full Cycle, Direct Access
Every uniform we ship is designed, printed, cut, sewn, and inspected inside our own facility on Zaffarwall Road in Sialkot. No third-party subcontractors. No "made in" mystery. The team you talk to during the quote is the team that runs the production line.
Sialkot is the world's largest sports-goods manufacturing hub — the supply chain of polyester knit suppliers, sublimation paper mills, and skilled stitchers is concentrated within a few square miles of our front gate. That density is why we can promise a 12-hour mockup and a roughly three-week delivery window without cutting corners.

The full process from artwork file to finished kit runs through our floor. No outsourced steps means no margin leak, no surprise delays, and quality we can stand behind on the record.
Dye Sublimation
Roll-fed sublimation printers handle full-color graphics, gradients, names, and numbers permanently bonded to 100% polyester fabric — no fade, no crack, no peel.
Custom Cut & Sew
Single-piece pattern cutting and double-needle stitching at every stress seam. We don't lay sublimation prints on pre-made blanks — every panel is cut to your sport, your cut, your roster sizes.
Embroidery & Tackle Twill
Multi-head embroidery for crests, mascots, and sponsor patches. Tackle twill (sewn-on letter applique) for varsity-style names and numbers. Both run inside the same building, same week.
Multi-Point QC
Every piece passes through inspection before it's bagged: color match against the approved mockup, stitch integrity at stress seams, name & number accuracy against the roster, fabric weight spot-check.

The Five-Step Inspection on Every Order
Quality is a checklist, not a slogan. Here's the literal sequence every kit walks through between final stitch and the shipping carton.
Mockup match
Finished piece compared side-by-side with your approved mockup. Color zones, logo placement, number font, sleeve striping — all verified against the file you signed off on.
Stitch integrity
Inspectors pull-test the high-stress seams — shoulder, side panel, armhole, hem. Double-needle stitching is verified at every load-bearing junction.
Name & number accuracy
Each piece is cross-checked against your roster list — name spelling, number assignment, jersey size. The most common returns we prevent are the avoidable ones.
Fabric weight check
Random pieces from the run get a fabric-weight spot-check against the spec (e.g. 180 GSM polyester interlock). Mills occasionally ship variance — we don't pass that variance to you.
Pack & bag
Every piece individually folded and poly-bagged. Roster manifest enclosed. Custom sizes labeled with the player name so the locker-room hand-off is one step, not three.
